Have sent many requests to return and no response as of yet.
Love the rug delivery was much slower than expected for a domestic product. I still ordered a 2nd rug ( a larger size ) .
Rug was nice but got hit with duties from FedEx after delivery of the rug. The company did not disclose that this was not included in the price.
It’s exactly if it was advertised I’m quite happy with it. I picked the bigger size and it works well. It also feels quite nice so overall I give it a four or five I think I’m gonna give it a five.
