Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product does not meet the full description and looks quite different from the pictures provided. Would not recommend.
Very disappointed. The item does not match the full description, nor does it look exactly like the picture.
I have not received my order that you said was sent seven days ago. Where could it be?

Love the rug delivery was much slower than expected for a domestic product. I still ordered a 2nd rug ( a larger size ) .
